223 Bird Yoga
We'll do some yoga together, according to our ability. Many of the poses will be bird poses! We will follow our yoga session with a relaxing walk in nature.
The meeting spot will be in the grassy area between the park restrooms and the beach.
The instructor can provide mats but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Wear comfy clothes that are easy to move in, bring water and layers!
You must provide your own transportation to and from the meeting place for this trip.
