Olivia is a birder and mentor committed to making nature a place where everyone feels they belong. Birding became her solace during the pandemic, and that experience pushed her to help others find the same sense of grounding and joy outdoors. When the world feels heavy, nature reminds her to rise. As a founder of the SoCal Bird Nerds, she builds spaces that welcome every identity, every story, every level of experience. Unapologetically Latina, she brings her lived experience and her love of service to every outing she leads.
